can any one help me to understand the reason behind the leakage of current from my solenoid coil.
this was not the case earlier when I checked |

Current leakage can due to be moisture, specially during monsoon, check whether it is leakage current or there is a short in the selenoid coil,
if it is leakage current then dry the coil completed either in the sun or by an hot hair dryer, if it is short then it need to be replaced. |

| Are you using a Three PIN socket? (I mean which has Earth point connected) |

yes I had done soap test may be due to it

| You need to use earthing for the solenoid. Once you open the solenoid, you can see three terminals. |
