 Hi  cinciboy,

I  think  Bristlenose  Pleco  grows  maximum  3-3.5"  only.  My  each  discus  tank  have  one  each.

They  don't  grow  large  as  normal  pleco.

The  problem  with  them  in  a  discus  tank  is  that,  the  time  they  go  after  the  smile  coat  of  the  fish  then  its  difficult  to  get  them  off  it.

If  discus  owners  dont  have  this  issue  then  its  fine  but  in  reality  they  will  do  that.

 Regards,
 Surya

Hello,  I  have  grown  it  myself  around  5  inches  (head  to  tail).  I  have  three  in  my  4  feeter  now  and  they  are  already  more  than  3  inches.  I  agree  that  they  dont  grow  fast  like  normal  ones  but  I  have  seen  some  big  ones.  Googling  will  make  it  clear.

I  was  inclined  to  put  albino  corydoras  in  the  tank.  They  look  compatible  and  I  know  a  few  who  have  kept  them  successfully.

I  was  suggested  the  Albino  bristlenose  pleco  by  Shiva  Nair.  So  I  did  not  doubt  the  compatibility.
