she looks like overfed... the swell would be more if she is pregnant, and sure way of finding out would be to see if any male is trying to impress her.
Normally the females in tetra family would be having this kind of plum shape.. |

Congo dude she seems pregnant to me ....tetras lay eggs early morning & their act continues for more than a hour or so ..keep watch on them if they are in community tank.
I had raised them upto 1month many times but no success afterwards |

| She is now staying in a corner of the tank, not allowing anyone to come near her..even chases them away if they do. She does take infrequent breaks and swims around the tank,after that she is back to her corner. |
