 its  made  because  fishes  humans  eat  need  to  reproduce,not  for  natures  sake,once  the  code  is  decoded  of  how  to  reproduce  fish  of  marine  environment  because  many  fish  eaten  as  food  have  larval  stages  which  is  not  understood  by  humans,once  its  known  it  will  be  destroyed

 Ypu  its  for  conservation........   here  in  india  i  guess  only  lakshadweep  is  the  best  conserved,  rest  of  the  reefs  are  largely  destroyed  due  to  pollution  and  hobbyist  who  want  things  for  free  without  any  knowledge  of  conservation.....
