1. Number of goldfish.
2. Their size
3. Tank specs
4. Filter
5. Other fishes / some other relevant things.

Rosh,
First give the details of your tank dimension, next give the total number of golds and molly's you have..
And about the java moss, your golds will make a snack of it. so it doesn't matter whether they grow or not..
and I don't think molly's will leave the golds in peace.. so better remove them. |

Ok good,
Move all your six golds to your 3 footer, and the molly's to the 2 footer..
and don't add more fishes to your 3 footer as the capacity of it is enough for the 6 golds as they will grow large and need that space.
move the java moss to the 2 footer, it needs time to adjust to your water conditions. once adjusted it will grow nicely.
you can add any hard leaved plants like anubias, ferns and crypts to your gold tank, delicate plants will be eaten raw by the goldies.
about the food, any good quality granular dry food is ok, try to feed them 2-3 times a day. put enough so that they are consumed with in 5 minutes, if food is left over after 5 minutes remove it. you can feed greens and boiled vegetables like peas, carrot, beans etc. add live food to the diet when ever possible.
golds produce a lot of shit, so filter is the most important gadget. since your tank has a volume of 90 gallons or 350 liters, so your filter must have the minimum of 500 gallons/hour rating or 1800 liters/hour rating. so check the ratings on your filter. |

Don't mix with other incompatible fishes, better keep gold only tank.
Maintain good water condition.. like along with good filtration do weekly 25-30% water changes.
balanced healthy food, and finally lots and lots of space..
And do lots of home work by reading materials related to golds on the net.. |

I never consider Goldfish to be a beginer / easy to take care fish. They are super active and super sensitive. Lack of care, and you got goldfish dead. By now you must have known the tons of poop they make.
Anyways, go with what experts already said, bloodworm, pellets, flakes are good. I would also recommend twice water change schedule per week! |

gold fish are omnivorous and more towards veggy so live blood worms should be avoided completely.
feed them soaked pellets, I recommend Hikari. some times boiled vegetables. try to do twice a week water change |

Gold Fish eat a lot of different food.
Try Hikari/Ocean Free pellets, they bring out the red and the orange in them.I myself have 3 golds and they are very intelligent and playful.
I just feed them pellets.
But make sure that you do some regular water changes so that it reduces stress due to nitrogen contamination.
All the best. |
