Its almost a month since i started this project.Last month was busy w.r.t to work and so found very little time to work on it.But managed to build tank and complete the cabinet.Searching for a carpenter was tedious as most were quoting high price. But managed to get one.
The tank build
Cabinet and canopy
Was thinking of going for ADA but then changed mind to go for laterite and sand mix.Would be getting substrate this weekend.
Note:Sorry for poor picture quality. Was feeling lazy to click from a camera |

Hi Arvind
Best wishes for the tank. Nitish Patel Affable Aquarium has some good gravel with him for sale. Where did you managed to get Laterite from. Also can you pls message me the price of LED which you bought from Lohar Chawl. Planning to redo my tank next month which would include light changes as well. |

Your hood is completely closed, it will lead to heat buildup.
Better make provisions for cooling fans. |

Congratulations .. you are indeed a dream chaser..
Your setup looks very neat and hope the scape will turn out to be a more than expected :)
Appreciate the amount of details you have shared.. would be great if you could PM me the DIY CPU FAN idea and also the approximate amount you spent for this setup..
I need these details in order to get an approval from HOME MINISTER.. though it is just next to IMPOSSIBLE (I'M-POSSIBLE)
All the best Will wait for more updates of your scape... |
