The  wood  standing  upright  is  very  distracting,  because  it's  too  straight  and  have  a  flat  top.
give  that  wood  a  bit  of  slant  to  get  that  natural  look..  and  your  scape  will  be  a  good  one  when  the  plants  cover  up  completely.

its  good,  a  very  nice  scape,  but  I  still  prefer  (IMO)  driftwood  instead  of  rocks  in  the  center.

Am  using  outlet  (  fully  opened  value)  flow  through  spray  bar  and  i  think  it  does  not  create  very  high  flow  that  will  over  kill  fish  or  uproot  the  plants
guppies  seems  to  be  struggling  in  current  but  other  fish  are  doing  gud.

i  think  flow  is  reduced  because  of  heavily  packed  media  in  filter.

Might  be  you  Hairgrass  was  grown  in  emersed.  So  they  are  transferring  from  emersed  to  submerged.  Hope  will  come  back  within  two  weeks!!!

Also  about  the  big  rock  please  follow  the  below  PICs,  when  we  use  thin  texture  rocks(like  petrified  woods)  we  follow  the  parallel  texture.

 PIC  1  can  be  followed
 PIC  2  can  be  followed
PIC  3  made  the  big  rock  distrcting!!!
