NAAAH! I am ready with price tags. I can even go for (beer) bar coding. But seriously, those who have gone out of hobby and still have good stuff can sell and recover.

Array bava... try naa, and for your information, tunga is a nice place. But on regular basis we need a spot or a place where we can meet and have long sessions.

HI,
Is it possible to keep the ask meeting in the evening.. as it will be possible for me to meet you all guys.. ( if every one is ok with it )
Yes the venue will always be a problem.. as we have guys from western, central, harbour lines covering a area of 1-60KM.
if we plan to keep meeting in every 10/15/20 days or once a month den we will have to shift the venue every time to be fair to western, central & harbour guys and if we are really serious about this meet then we can fix a place and a date in a month so who ever is interested will eventually come. (we have our trek club meeting every thursday in dadar -east, and guys do come frm as far as thane and panvel)
by the way we can hang out in dadar, feel shivaji park would be a better place as the space and time wont be a problem, we can order for snacks or carry them and its closer to the station (5-10mints walk)....
regards,
peter |

Sunday evening Shivaji park, ruia ground and five garden very quite place to sit and chat and I am sure we will get chai and other snacks. Let's confirm the nos I will bring GURUKRIPA SAMOSA. Place should accessible to everyone and should be same for all meets. Dadar is central place to meet In terms of all rail lines. As per me 3 pm to 4 pm on every month first Sunday will be fine. This time let's meet on 19th August, 2012.
Commitment should be like if two persons are coming lets meet don't break or change the schedule. And one day I am sure ther will be 15-20 people will be attending this meet.
+1 for Percy lets call this as MAM |

@garothmaan: What time do you want to meet. Refer to what peter suggested.
@vicky70l: Agenda for the meet is to meet up and also plan a collection trip for the 19th somewhere. |

Good suggestion- I knew it-
Dadar Shivaji Park has both the venues, Beer or Chai. Peter if you have a good palce with shelter or otherwise can you request your TREK people to adjust IAH-MAM meets also?
if its beer we meet between 11.00 am till 2.00 pm if its chai & samosa, then we meet at 4.00pm till 6.00pm.
But what about 12/08/2012? I am going to TUNGA for Ryel. SO those who wanna join please speak-up |

@garothmaan: Dadar or Andheri both are ok. But at what time ??? should we keep it in the evening itself. |

Hi Friends
IMHO, as garothmaan said, there should be an agenda for a meet. Without agenda, meeting or trip just becomes a picnic only.
Personally , myself and 2-3 aquarists( non IAH members ) meet regularly in Mumbai over a cup of coffee and exchanges experiences and ideas. This becomes time well spent.
Also lets meet in some park , as friends have suggested above, as there would be less disturbances like noise or waiters asking for orders.
If there is a take away in form of knowledge or exchanged material , then only aquarists will be enthused and eager to meet.
