its  completely  not  an  aquatic  plant.  As  Severumkid  told  it  takes  ages  to  grow.  It  will  not  grow  well  if  there  is  any  fluctuations  in  water  parameter.  It  will  start  growing  well  once  the  tank  is  established  perfectly.

Mine  came  in  near  to  melting  stage.looked  totally  brown. It  took  about  2  to  3  weeks  to  see  them  grow  back  to  normal.
Temperature  kept  at  23  they  grow  lush.keeping  at  higher  temperature  the  growth  is  stunted.
Absolutely  slow  growing  than  other  liverwort.
Will  post  the  pictures  from  my  tank  soon.

 Regards
 Raj..

Madan  i  from  what  i  have  seen, these  are  not  hard  to  grow.Just  need  some  patience  in  the  initial  days. Also  gluts  or  excel  is  a  big  no  if  you  see  any  algae  on  them.

 Raj..
