I  had  faced  this  and  what  i  did  is  manual  removal.
You  will  have  to  observe  the  fishes  and  do  it  for  a  week  for  complete  eradication.
they  will  mostly  attach  to  the  tail  area  and  lower  abdomen  as  per  my  experience  so  observe  the  fishes  in  these  areas.

 Hi  Emmanuel,
These  are  very  difficult  to  remove  with  tweezers,  they  are  slippery  and  you  cant  get  a  hold  on  these  as  they  are  very  flat,  use  a  very  sharp  needle  to  puncture  the  parasite  from  an  angle  and  left  the  needle,  It  will  loosen  the  hold  on  the  fish  and  will  come  off  along  with  the  needle..  of  course  be  gentle  on  the  fish  so  that  it  does  not  struggle  while  doing  this,  or  else  you  might  injure  the  fish.  Then  after  removing  all  of  them,  give  him  a  salt  bath  to  disinfect  the  wounds  caused  by  the  parasite.

Yes  as  nidhi  said  these  guys  stick  on  too  strong  but  be  careful  when  you  use  the  needle  concept.

I  plucked  them  with  bare  hands....  I  know  it  is  gross  but  had  no  other  Idea  at  that  moment  Chuckle
