 Hi  Friends,

   Two  questions  for  experts

   1)  I  want  to  know  the  full  nutrient  deficiency  problems  with  plants...
problems  like  excess  and  demands  for  nutrients  in  plants..

   2)  what  are  the  things  need  to  pearl  the  plants  in  fish  tank?

         5  gallon  tank
         30  watts  light
         co2  pressurized  1  bps
         EI  fertz

 Thank  you

 1)  http://infographics.myaquacalc.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/plant-deficiency-labeled2.jpg

 2)  Pearling  of  plants  is  due  to  photosynthesis.  Keep  Increasing  CO2  levels  gradually  this  will  make  your  plants  pearl.  However  this  is  debatable  and  if  you  have  fish  in  your  tank  they  could  get  stressed  out  with  these  high  levels  so  you  need  to  monitor  closely.  I'm  not  an  expert  at  this  so  let  more  seniors  guide  you.

1  bps  in  a  5  gallon  tank  would  be  pretty  high,  do  you  fish  and  are  they  okay?
Your  plants  should  already  be  pearling.  what  plants  do  you  have.

Plants  need  some  time  before  settling  in  a  new  tank,  give  them  some  time.
Light  seems  to  be  enough  for  a  tank  of  this  size,  what  are  the  dimensions  of  the  tank.

 +1  with  sandeep.

The  only  thing  that  pearls  almost  quickly  after  introducing  to  a  tank  is  riccia.  but  even  it  may  take  a  day  or  2  for  first  time

 Hi  Friends;

    In  my   5  gallon  tank,  30L  x  20D  x  25H
                   30  watts  light
                   co2  pressurized  1  bp  2s
                   EI  fertz

Now  the  problem  is,  the  edge  of  al  leaves  are  showing  brown  color...  Especially  more  on  Hydroc.otyle  and  S.  Repens..  All  the  plants  are  pearling..  But  showing  brown  on  edges..  what  kind  of  deficieny  is  this?  Iron  problem?
Im  using  JBL  Ferropol  and  Ocean  free  for  micro  and  Iron

It  is  algae.  A  photo  will  confirm.  Should  we  add  fertilizers  so  soon?
