Thanks  a  ton  for  those  comments  folks  very  motivational;  this  tank  was  recently  planted  tank  the  pic  was  taken  after  4  days  or  so...

@bettaji:  is  it  because  of  the  low  number  of  plants  that  you  think  that  there  will  be  algae  problem?  i  am  planning  to  add  more  plants  but  as  am  yet  to  find  out  a  good  place  to  get  these  in  hyd  am  a  bit  slow  in  completing  this  tank...

@Mortis:  by  increasing  the  CO2  do  you  mean  the  bubble  per  second?  rather  does  it  make  sense  to  run  it  24  hours?  i  know  it  might  be  a  bigger  discussion  but  would  like  to  learn  how  you  identified  that  the  CO2  is  less...today  i  had  increased  the  bubble  count  and  seeing  amazing  growth  with  radian  sword  (not  sure  of  the  name  local  shop  keeper  was  telling  this  as  amazon  sword)  my  baby  tears  and  dwarf  grass  seems  to  be  slow  with  the  growth  rate...as  with  SAE  what  kind  of  issues  are  that  you  forsee?  to  remove  them  out  will  be  another  good  fight...

@sergiomiranda_2181:  i  am  planning  to  get  more  plants  buddy...but  haven't  been  able  to  locate  any  good  places  near...

@nanomania:  buddy  as  you  said  shirmps  r  not  that  visible  since  2  days...probably  Sad...will  surely  move  to  neon  tetras  once  the  ecosystem  gets  a  bit  stable  because  i  read  that  neon  tetra  are  very  delicate  and  not  that  resistant  to  any  kinds  of  absuse..

Others,  As  sergiomiranda_2181  has  indicated  is  the  table  size  an  issue  here?  I  have  the  table  captured  as  part  of  the  first  picture...if  that  is  an  issue  i  can  arrange  a  new  one  pretty  soon  but  was  planning  to  postpone  that  for  couple  of  months...

My  guess  about  the  CO2  is  just  a  rough  one  as  for  your  tank  size,  1bps  sounds  a  bit  too  low.  What  method  are  you  using  to  diffuse  it  ?  What  filtration  and  how  many  watts  are  your  lights  ?  Are  you  dosing  liquid  fertilizers  ?

For  CO2  diffusion  i  use  a  glass  diffuser....I  have  4x39W  lighting  which  should  be  pretty  high  for  my  current  set-up  but  planning  to  increase  the  plant  on  the  run...as  of  now  i  don't  do  any  liquid  fertilizers  and  use  eheim  external  filter...

You  will  need  to  start  dosing  liquid  ferts  and  your  lights  are  quite  high  so  you  would  need  to  turn  up  your  CO2  a  bit  or  use  only  2  tubes  for  now.  I  would  suggest  the  latter  anyway  since  its  a  new  setup  and  bombarding  it  with  light  is  just  going  to  result  in  algae

More  than  happy  to  say  you've  proved  me  wrong  !!  Love  the  way  your  tank  is  maturing.  Surel  a  lot  of  hard  work  is  being  put  in  !!  Good  job  dude  !  Just  one  suggestion  you  might  want  to  use  a  Lilly  pipe  at  the  filter  output  just  for  aesthetic  reasons  ....

Those  neon  tetras  are  in  very  poor  condition.  Be  careful  with  them  and  observe  over  the  next  few  days
