the  bubbles  are  so  fine  that  i  could  not  see  them  at  first  and  was  about  to  check  for  leaks.
then  when  i  looked  closer  i  could  see  very  small  bubbles  coming  out  from  the  cig  filter  and  there  was  100%  dissolution.  they  would  vanish  at  about  3  to  4  inch  from  top  surface.

Please  post  pictures  how  you  have  done  the  diffusion  :)

 Thanks  Pio  Clapping

This  MAM  2013  Jan  6th  I  have  learned  a  lesson

I  am  extremely  thankful  to  Unni,  Pio,  Carzyomzi  &  Sergio  to  make  me  understand

Sad  DIFFUSION!All  throughout  this  post  I  was  wrong  wrong  wrong  totally  wrong  Wall Bang  about  diffusion

Diffusion  means  a  simple  thing-  co2  bubbles  should  not  rise  on  the  water  surface  lke  air  pump  bubbles.

CO2  bubbles  should  get  finished  in  the  tank  mid  ways  only  Sad

2  systems  are  very  effective,  cigarette  filter  =Idea  by  Carzyomzi  and  injection  syringe  needle  smashed  at  the  tip(pointed  end)=idea  bySergio

both  these  ideas  I  used  immediately  NOW  and  found  that  these  do  not  release  bubbles  fast.  and  only  gas  is  getting  releases  as  a  FISSSSSSS  Clapping

 Thanks  again

Sad  both  the  above  system  get  choked  very  soon,  I  need  some  more  help.

Does  anyone  have  a  table  showing  how  much  gas  is  developed  by  mixing  the  water  +  sugar  +  yeast?

 how  much  water?  Liters
 how  much  sugar     Gms
 how  much  yeast?   0.00  Mgms

Will  make  an  X  amount  of  GAS....

hey  the  cig  filter  diffuser  does  not  get  choked.....gave  you  1  and  have  2  with  me  working  absolutely  fine  for  more  than  a  week  now.

have  u  made  holes  to  your  tube  before  it  passes  through  the  cig  filter???
if  that  is  the  case  then  those  are  fine  particles  from  the  water  that  are  creating  the  problem  and  not  the  co2

 hi  Guys,

I  tried  something  like  this  long  back.  It  worked  for  me  a  year  and  a  half  until  Rufus  gifted  me  my  first  Co2  reactor.  Smile

I  also  did  cigarette  diffusion  works  great  but  then  i  got  this  one...

 http://www.ebay.in/itm/Ista-CO2-Diffuser-3-in-1-Large-/171010349800?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item27d102dae8&_uhb=1#ht_2029wt_1156

It  takes  time  to  get  pressure  in  diffuser,  but  bubbles  are  so  fine  that  70-75%  bubbles  disappears  before  reaching  water  level...
I  have  suger  and  yeast  in  big  Maza  bottle  lasts  me  for  2  weeks....dont  have  any  definite  mixture  though.

Also  just  FYI,  how  do  I  get  rid  of  white  slime  that  generates  on  diffuser....
After  two  bottles  of  co2  is  finished  I  take  diffuser  out  and  put  it  in  empty  mug  with  2  apple  snails  they  clear  it  out  for  me  in  a  day.  Very Happy

Does  that  kind  of  diffuser  works  with  DIY  yeast  and  sugar  co2  2ltr  bottle  genarators?  As  I  have  kept  that  diffuser  aside  thinking  they  wont  generate  enough  pressure  for  the  diffusion
