LEDs  would  be  a  great  choice  but  making  a  LED  unit  for  that  big  tank  would  leave  a  big  hole  in  your  pocket.
T5s  are  a  always  a  good  economical  option.

Fahim,  first  update  the  location  you  are  based  out  of  so  that  the  hobbyists  of  your  city  can  help  you.

If  looking  for  LED  &  u  dont  want  to  do  a  DIY  method  then  a   good  option  will  be  to  get  in  touch  with  shelly  who  makes  LED  units  &  it  looks  really  a  class  apart.  He  is  based  in  bangalore  &  i  have  heard  of  him  shipping  it.  I  would  suggest  that  you  contact  him  after  some  days  since  he  seems  unwell  &  is  hospatilised  for  now.  His  contact  no  is
 9886663084.

note  -  LEDs  setups  are  really  expensive,  maybe  you  can  setup  2  more  planted  tanks  if  you  cut  on  the  LED  &  go  for  a  PLL  or  T5HO  !!!  But  LEDs  last  long  &  definitely  look  great  in  any  aquarium....so  the  choice  is  yours.

 Hi  Fahim,
Notwithstanding  the  cost,  penetration  of  light  through  24"  of  water  will  be  a  bit  of  a  problem  with  LEDs.

I  suggest  you  go  for  high  quality  T5HO  fittings.  You  can  get  T5HO  fittings  in  a  lot  of  good  looking  styles.  People  from  Kolkata  will  be  able  to  guide  to  some  good  stores  there.

T5HO  lights  are  far  more  efficient  at  penetrating  through  water  while  keeping  PAR  levels  acceptable.  I'm  talking  watt  to  watt  comparison.  However,  you  could  use  more  number  of  LEDs  with  narrow  optics  (30  or  40  degree  angle)  to  improve  the  efficiency.  But  you  will  definitely  have  to  use  a  lot  of  LEDs  and  that  would  push  costs  to  the  sky!  Not  to  mention  power  consumption.
