You can safely take the risk. Not feeding them is way better than overfeeding them by some inexperienced person. Adult discus can survive for nearly 30 days without detrimental effects. Feed them at least 12 hours before a 100% water change an hour before leaving. Make sure the heater (must be of good quality) is set at approx 26-27 deg c (to reduce metabolism) and adequate aeration is there. Remove any canister filter if installed or fit the outflow with a shower pipe. Ideally inform somebody to check everyday whether the air pump and heater is working or not. I had the misfortune of the powerline tripping once during a vacation leaving one of my favourite fishes dead. After returning make a huge water change and after sometime feed the fishes with a very small amount. Slowly increase the temperature and feeding schedule to bring it to the normal level.
