Hi Friends,
Last Saturday I was brought two discus fish (red cover size 2") from LFS. But both are not eating food. I am trying to feeding them a Tetrabite. I ask to LFS guy, he told, fish will start eating Terabite in 3 to 4 days, because they was feeding them GHM. But still they not eating. What I do? Please advice.

Never kept discus, so don't have first-hand experience.
New fishes take about 3-4 days to acclimatize and start eating little food only in next few days, slowly increasing and sometimes requiring even a month to reach stomach-full capacity. So, do Not put extra food to them which if left uneaten, will decay to ammonia and make life more difficult for fishes. Fishes can stay fasting for about 3-4 days without much problem.
Still it is possible that your water parameters (hardness, temperature, ammonia) are not up to mark for their liking and maybe a reason for them not eating even after 1 week.
How old is your aquarium, has it recycled already? Are other fishes in same aquarium doing okay? Does it have plants and algae as alternative food?

I have well planted tank (25 gallon) from 5 years. And all fishes are doing well. And about water parameter, i don't have test kit. But I change water ones a week. Temperature is around 28C. And in other fishes i have Neon tetra, Siamese, and they eating well.

Remove them from the main tank. Keep them in another tank for sometime. keep changing water daily. feed them freeze dried tubifex worms for a few days, you can also feed them micro pellets.
