 Karthik,

Plants  are  looking  really  good.  I  am  thinking  of  starting  Emerged  setups,  Need  some  detailed  Info...  Will  reach  out  later  this  week.

My  only  grouse  is  getting  plants  on  time  when  I  need  to  setup  a  tank.  Always  takes  3-6  weeks  between  starting  a  planted  tank  and  finally  getting  all  the  plants.  Hopefully  having  some  Emerged  setups  will  mitigate  this  to  some  extent.

 Thanks  Percy,

Make  a  bottom  layer  (1-2"  thick)  of  Cocopeat.  Top  it  up  with  gardern  soil  (1-2:  thick).  Again,  top  up  the  garden  soil  with  some  sand.  Place  the  Anubias  rhizhome  on  the  sand  and  keep  the  substrate  really,  really  moist.  You  may  do  this  in  a  container  and  keep  it  covered  with  some  transparent  stuff  like  plastic  cover.

Cocopeat  and  garden  soil  should  give  good  nutrition  to  the  plants.  Adding  ferts  also  will  help!!

Good  luck  and  keep  posting  updates.

 Cheers,

 Karthik

 Hi  Percy,

You  can  bury  the  roots  in  the  substrate.  It  will  help  the  anubias  grow  faster.

 Cheers,

 Karthik
