Hi,  I  am  from  and  using  cauvery  water.  I  am  consistently  seeing  a  ph  value  of  8.2  when  the  test  it.  My  question  is,  Is  it  really  so  high  with  cauvery  water  supply?  How  are  discus  keepers  in  Bangalore  managing  discus  healthy.

I  think  something  is  changing  your  water  parameters,  if  the  water  is  stored  in  a  cement  sump  at  your  home  this  could  cause  it.  Especially  if  it  was  constructed  recently.
