 Hello  guys,
Finally  decided  to  make  a  new  170  gallon  tank  of  approx  570L  for  an  arowana  Dimensions  would  be  4length  x2breath  x2height  (  Ft).  My  previous  tank  is  same  as  the  new  dimension  wich  basically  contains  Ciclids. So  the  main  doubt  arrise  for  me  now  is  what  should  be  the  actual  size  of  the  sump  which  i  should  make  for  the  new  tank, since  the  old  tank  sump  was  little  bit  inaccurate  since  i  was  a  newbie  that  time  in  this  field  neitherless  it  some  how  works  but  for  this  tank  i  want  some  accuracy  so  please  suggest  the  sump  size, the  filter  media  i  should  use  in  this  new  tank  and  anythink  more  if  possible!!!

Isn't  the  tank  kind  of  small  for  an  adult  arowana?  For  a  2-3  ft  fish,  you  might  need  atleast  a  6  ft  tank.  Just  my  opinion.   Thumb Up

Yaa  kinda  small  but  my  plan  is  to  only  keep  a  single  arowana  in  this  tank!!..and  for  an  arowana  tha  standard  recommendation  is  about  150-160  gallon  which  is  least  minimum!!..soo  i  think  the  arowana  would  like  this!!!????
