The side panel on my 4 feet aquarium broke off a couple of weeks back. I have removed the panel and scrapped off the excess silicon from that side. Now, Can I just replace the side panel or Should I be resealing the entire aquarium? I watched a few videos where they are suggesting to take off all the panels and reseal the entire aquarium..

I would say it is personal choice. I have successfully replaced single panels in tanks without any issues.
If you have the time and resources, go ahead and strip the whole tank. Else just replacing the side panes should work if done precisely.
