My CO2 is getting exhausted within 1 week or so, i tried putting in a check needle and controlling, but still it happens, so i have decided to get a new regulator(what i currently have is yamato). i even got the CO2 cylinder tested and they mentioned no issues. But i need help in deciding the valve size before i order in Aliexpress.

If the cylinder is bought locally, it must be W218 thread size (http://www.nexusengineeringindia.in/co2-valve.html)
However its recommended to locally assemble your own regulator + solenoid valve + needle valve + bubble counter unit, rather than buying a pre assembled one. The main reason is difficulty in getting it repaired if anything goes wrong.
There's a nylon washer which needs to replaced everytime you remove the regulator from the cylinder to ensure proper seal.
Use minimal adapters / connectors with ample teflon tape.
