Are there no, hobbyist or anyone in this community who can help me. I need inverts, corals and fish. Being in delhi, there are very few lfs who deal in marine, and those people also dont have what i am looking for. I posted in this forum couple months back, it seems this forum is dead. I am looking for people from any part of country who can provide inverts, corals and fish. It would be great to have feedback from the experienced ones in this community.

You should know, all corals, inverts and live rock are illegal in India. Most of the fishes are also illegal. As a result all of the livestock are illegally poached from the wild. There are very few dealers, mostly in Chennai and Kolkata who import fishes but they charge exorbitantly and even that is not legal.
I was unaware of this fact before plunging into the marine hobby and investing time and money to create the perfect setup. My LFS did supply me with artificial LR, he also has fishes from time to time.
Even if you do manage to get a hold of a dealer, shipping them from the ports will be exorbitantly expensive.

I know this is a little late. You will not find many people in the marine hobby who have a ready resource of Copepods or macro algae. If you do find one ,please share the info. As for inverts and fishes, you can find them in Kplkata and Chennai for much better prices compared to the rest of the country. I know that Delhi has a couple of exotic fish stores but since they need to bring them in from Kolkata they are costly. As for Corals and inverts, all corals are banned in India and i would suggest you start with a FOWLR instead of going for a REEF tank. Even if you do find an imported coral, you'll still need to be able to take care of all the required parameters and lighting. Corals are not as hardy as fishes.
As someone said, inverts are banned but not all. Most inverts are handcaught from the indian ocean and hence banned. Please do a little research into whats not banned and how to take legal course to get what you want. Again, as for phyto and copepods, even I am looking to source some but my LFS sort of went out of business so i am still searching.

There are few sellers like me in the hobby, who are dealing exclusively in marine life here in the north. Yes the stock becomes little expensive due to the air freight. Live rock direct from the ocean is not advisable as its bad for the environment and the tank in a longer run, but cultivated rock is available now and then. If you are looking for rock which has that purple line algae you can grow that yourself by dosing cal and iod in the marine tank. Well corals is a debatable topic so will not touch that. Beggars can't be choosers, everything is based on the divers what they are able to catch and its not easy. Sometime catching a single damselfish in our home aquarium with rock scape is next to impossible. This and being in a land lock geography makes it very difficult to get the complete selection of marine life in the north.
