 The  new  scape....  Got  rid  of  the  "moss  tree"  due  to  hair  algae  issues.  Took  up  a  lot  of  real  estate  but  it  did  help  in  producing  more  shrimp  and  cory  fry   Sad

 Yeah...  That's  the  most  DIY  I'm  willing  to  do  lol....  And  too  miserly  to  invest  in  a  professionally  made  light.  Plus  it  serves  as  a  nice  mood  lighting   Thumb Up   As  for  the  mosquitoes...  They  generally  breed  in  only  stagnant  or  still  water.  I  have  enough  surface  agitation  to  discourage  that.  And  even  then  my  fishes  won't  spare  any  adult  mosquitoes  let  alone  larvae   ROFL

 Temps  are  at  24°c  as  of  now.  My  expensive  heater  broke  the  thermostat...  Sigh
 And  what  moss  are  you  talking  about?  Got  rid  of  it.
