Hi All, I am a beginner with a 6.6 gallon tank with few tetras and black stones as base. I was wondering if anyone can suggest live tank cleaners. I do not like sucker fishes or snails. Shrimps I do not mind but fishes will eat them or filter will kill them. Only other option I think would be clams but not sure where I can find them in Mumbai. Please suggest.

What clams are you talking about? The freshwater ones correct? I've not seen any popular LFS carry them, and they are not very popular. You can collect a few from rivers but then it is immensely risky, as they are sedentary creatures and loads of other potential pests love to host on them, they are also always covered in algae.
But, why do you need a cleaning crew in a 6.6g freshwater tank in the first place? CC are usually a SW thing, because in SW tanks there is a critical balance in water chemistry which can very easily be disturbed by simple things like over feeding, which the CC mitigates.
Its not the same in a freshwater tank. If you see uneaten food/detritus then simply feed less next time, and siphon off any detritus build-up in the next water change schedule (which should ideally be weekly at least).
6.6g is a pretty small tank, there's not a lot of livestock it can support.
