!. You have quite nice growth considering you are using DIY CO2.
2. You do not need to dose extra 0.02 ppm Fe for now, just dose 0.02 ppm trace daily.
3. Since you can not measure calcium, dose 4-5 ppm during every water change. It is not only for any possible future calcium deficiency, but maintaining a decent level of calcium sometimes protect aquatic life from excess trace toxicity.
4. As you have very softwater, it is important to know the KH. In fact, KH is the only thing you should really test quite often, not pH or GH. As you are using CO2, KH of your water I guess is less than 1. Which means pH is also very low, and at very low pH, iron and other chelated metals become even more stable and remain in the water column. That is why in Brighty K, ADA uses potassium carbonate which not only raises potassium but also KH of the water. I understand during the lockdown, it is probably not possible to get a test kit. But please remember to check your KH from time to time and raise it above 2 with some kind of carbonate salt.
5. Stick to your lean dosing and let us know after 2 weeks how it goes.

Ok, i am dosing calcium using calcium carbonate dry dosing. 6ppm weekly after water change. Its solubility is low about 15mg/l . But i am dosing only 6ppm so no problem. Hope it raises kh. Although it makes water cloudy for half an hour.
