Would you like to keep them separately or house tankmates? Juveniles or grownups??
I think if your filtration is good, you can house about 6-8 adults with plenty of rock work. |

You can start with 6 - 8 juv fronts for a tank your size and get away with a simple HOB filter or an external canister filter, weekly water changes and no tank mates should be ok

Hello,Haya!
The tank size you have will ultimately get too small for adult frontosas(even if you keep just one). The reason being that in smaller tanks frontosas get very very nervous and will dart around and bang themselves silly on the decor.Or jump out.
As far as juveniles are concerned, you can manage to keep 4-6,but make sure you have a tight lid on the tank.Frontosas JUMP!
All the best!(if money is not a consideration try to get yourself the Zaire Blue strain) |
