UPDATE:
SIZE: 24" X 12" X 12"
Substrate: I didn't find any good stuff here so now I am using some local stuff small chip stones with white and sky blue colors.
CO2: No C02 just leaving as it is... and trying to learn new things lolz.
Plants : I got 5 Amazon Sword. removed all yellow leaves and planted on my tank.
Fish: I got 8 very small tetra.
No air pump. i am not sure i need it or not. i am just trying to learn more... [/b] |

Oh this is not a good start....You should have added a layer of potting soil under the gravel, plants like amazon swords, don't grow without any nutrient substrate, why did you hurry up like that, you should have studied a bit more, I think you dint read about basics like cycling n all. |

i know i always do mistakes... But i couldn't control and got all that stuff. due to this i am not able to do my daily work and giving time to this site... |

i have attached my tank photo and also attaching filter picture. this is what i have i don't know which filter is that. but it used to works really well to clean water on my old big tank. it also got controller inside to give Min and Max Speed.

If the filter is working then its perfect. When you start you planted tank, place the filter at the back end and hide it with some bushy plants. Just use some sponge, dont use activated carbon, it'll wipe out all the fertilizers for the plants. If possible, try to find a spraybar for the filter.
Those amazons will outgrow your tank. They are not good for small planted tank, their root systems can cover whole bottom and making it difficult for other plants to grow. |

After trying really hard, I was able to find only one tetra a few cms beside the filter. Thats not a vilma's tetra for sure, still difficult to guess, can be a serpae tetra.

i don't know how to use activated carbon . spraybar ? whats that? how will it help me? do i get for my filter size also?
oh i got 5 amazons but i was not having any other option. we don't get plants here.. but will do something for sure... as soon as i get new plants from rocky  |

may be you right. for me most of tetra looks same i got total 8 tetra with two types. |
