Hello Navneeth,
Welcome to the world of planted Tank, you have started good, now the fun and challenge is in Keeping it that way..
Suggestions :
1. CO2 -- You need a good CO2 reactor , connecting the co2 tube to the power head is not a good idea.
2. lights -- 8 hrs Min for now. since you have 3 nos of T8's.
3. Fishes - please do not add any fish now and kill it... , Since you are using ADA , the water will be very acidic , and even Mollies and Platies will not be able to take that kind of shock.
4. Neons and Cardinals - Out of Question for atleast 1 to 1/2 Months. since they are very sensitive to water parameters...
Since this is a New Tank with ADA , leave the Tank alone for 1 to 1 1/2 month , let it Cycle properly , then think about adding fishes..

@Madhu.
thanks..Madhu, as this is a temporary setup for the lighting for 14 days...the lighting fixture is being done by harshal and its gonna be hanging one..so there will be a gap of 2-3inches between the fixture and the tank.
@vraghu
thank you raghu.
as of now not in a position(financially) i.e.. to get a reactor...tried this method so there might be an even distribution of CO2.
what is the Max hours i can run the lights??
yes..i agree..lost couple of mollies and a platie yesterday and today...
@Mayur
thanks buddy
will get the plants once we get back from the fishy trip...hope i can pick up some from there..am thinking of putting glosso..what do u suggest??
and i have that brighty K, that i got from adip..am not sure on the dosage part regarding that...help me out ...
And should i run the lights for 6hrs max??will it be enough??
will pick up shrimps and algae eaters(anything in particular, pls mention)
thank you very Much.

That's a gorgeous tank you've got there. Do NOT try and fool us by saying that you are new to Planted tanks!!
I don't see any filter media under the power head. Is it just for water circulation?

Am actually using the power head as a diffuser for Diffusing CO2...u can see the PIC of the tank and the CO2 Cylinder in the thread.. u will get a better view...

You can start with an estimated 1 pump/ 5 gallons for Brighty K . You will have to slowly adjust your dosage looking at your plants growth rates and demands. If you have fast growing stems you will need to increase the rate as per that.
I would also recommend starting with ADA Brighty Step 1 simultaneously.
Thanks

Navneeth,
I was using a powerhead before i did my DIY CO2 Reactor. It works rather well. You just have to place the head lower so that the tiny bubbles travel longer in water to reach the surface. As per glosso, you can start off the tank with some hardy foreground plants and then move on to demanding species as you and your tank matures.
If you can focus and balance your tank for the first 4 months, then your tank will do it for the rest of the years. Just don't be tempted to dose and in case of any signs of green water/algae, make a 60% ASAP.

Hi Navneeth,
What ever you do, Do not fiddle with with what you have planted. No matter if it is not to your taste. Let the Plants stabilize and then you can move their plant-lets around.
Planted tanks evolve to become aquascaped tanks. You are a farmer now, remember. IT TAKES TIME.

I had E.tennelus which grew like weed even in Salem summer without a chiller. And in midground you can have a few "nutrient hungry" plants like C.calamistratum, E. "ocelot" and H.polysperma and the most humble and hardy Vals. A.crispus & A.boivinianus are some of the aponos that survived with me.
The bottomline is, you just have to fill your tank in the beginning and replace them with what you want later.
