The roots are firmly attached to the rock and the stalk remains erect when out of water. The emersed growth looks more like Bolbitis heudelotii with lighter shade leaves.

Guess i gave the wrong info, actually the roots do not attach to the rock. Yea it grows painfully slow. It was sitting idle for many many days before the first new submerged leaf grew.
