 Hello  Everyone,

Just  though  that  since  i  do  have  a  few  tanks  now.  I  can  start  a  thread  which  i  will  keep  updating  with  any  photos  in  the  future.  This  way  it  can  help  any  fellow  hobbyists  who  just  might  be  looking  for  information  on  this  site.  So  here  is  a  list  of  what  i  keep  as  of  now.

 Betta  krataios  F1
 Betta  balunga
 Betta  brownorum  F1
 Betta  anabatoides
 Betta  ocellata
 Betta  simorum
 Betta  unimaculata
 Betta  albimarginata
 Betta  coccina
 Hara  jerdoni
 Badis  ruber
 Badis  blosyrus
 Bunocephalus  coracoideus

I  will  be  taking  some  pics  next  week  when  my  tanks  are  up  in  my  rack  and  then  with  photos  of  every  fish  i  will  describe  how  hey  have  been  kept  and  also  any  breeding  records.

 Regards

 Hi  Nikhil,

The  coccina  and  brownorum  is  getting  more  rarer  in  the  hobby. Both  species  collected  from  Malaysia  ........  majority  of  the  habitat  destroyed  to  make  way  for  development. My  guess  is  that  one  would  have  to  go  further  inland  to  do  the  collection  now  Sad  .A  visit  by  a  friend  to  some  locations  of  the  lividas  and  tussyaes  reveals  most  of  the  blackwater  streams  by  the  road  side  now  littered  with  wood  chips  from  excavation  works  for  road  widening  projects  Crying or Very sad  .

Looking  forward  to  your  pics  soon  Smile

 Hi  Haji,

Thats  a  real  shame.  Well  i  do  have  a  pair  of  the  Betta  coccina  and  a  few  f1  brownorum  from  David  Armitage.  The  thing  is  the  wild  male  is  now  dead  and  the  youngsters  with  me  are  the  only  surviving  f1s.  So  no  pressure   Very Happy  .  Stefan  was  here  in  Scotland  for  a  couple  of  days  and  Colin,  Stefan  and  I  went  on  a  days  trip  to  some  fish  shops  in  England.  No  Betta  other  than  Betta  enisae.  But  was  a  good  trip  et  up  with  some  more  guys  down  there.  Also  they  had  Malputta  kretseri  but  knowing  its  value  it  was  very  well  priced  at  £20  a  piece.
