Nice start Prem. Will keep watching the space regularly. Sorry that I could not check the chiller information with Mohit, cause he went out of station for 3 weeks.
How about using a little bigger (taller) driftwood? |

As always expectations are high from you and am sure we have a stunner in the making :)

Sourcing Plants: This is mainly to help the folks who are looking out for plants in Chennai.
Jayaseelan - Puducherry
Southern India - Kolathur
Sunshine Aqua - Kolathur
Aquastar - Kolathur
I have listed them by order of cost and availability of plants. These places are good to buy plants for any one who is about to set up a new planted tank as they stock lot of stem plants and are quiet affordable as well.
For those who wonder what type of plants to start with for a new tank, below are some of the commonly available plants. There might be others as well which can be used for sure however these are the plants I have used and found to be successful.
1. Rotala Rotundifolia Green
2. Rotala Rotundifolia Red
3. Hygrophila Difformis
4. Hygrophila Polysperma
5. Hygrophila corymbosa
6. Egeria Densa
7. Egeria Najas
8. Bacopa Caroliniana
9. Bacopa Monneira
10. Ludwiga Ovalis
11. Aponogeton Crispus
12. Aponogeton
13. Sagittaria Subulata
To be contd... |
