You  have  to  make  a  hole  of  correct  size  so  that  the  tube  is  inserted  tightly  and  pulled  out.
Then  you  will  have  to  use  adhesive  like  fevibond  or  cynoacrylic.  mseal  may  not  be  suitable.
One  more  thing  is  the  cap  should  have  a  sealing  washer  inside.  otherwise  there  is  a  probability  of  leaking  from  there  also.

I  have  not  used  any  gum  but  did  it  in  following  way,
I  have  made  a  slanted  cut  at  the  edge  of  the  tube  which  is  supposed  to  go  inside  the  bottle(  to  push  easily  to  the  smaller  hole  compared  to  diameter  of  the  tube).  Then  I  used  a  sharp  edged  scissor  to  make  a  round  hole  on  the  cap(  smaller  to  dia  of  tube).  Then  I  took  an  old  tube  of  my  car  and  cut  a  round  disc  (with  dia  of  bottle  cap  sot  that  it  fits  correctly  in  to  cap)  out  of  it  and  made  a  small  hole  in  that  too  and  then  passed  the  tube  through  that  and  got  that  fixed  in  to  the  cap.  It  is  working  for  me  for  last  few  months  with  out  any  problem,  Though  I  had  a  doubt  that  rubber  will  react  with  CO2  or  alcohol.  But  so  far  there  is  no  issue  and  tire  tube  appears  to  be  pretty  tough!!
 Hope  this  helps,
 Sudheer

@sid  -  i  will  try  the  same  but  does  araldite  is  rubbery  glue  or  not  ???

 amey  sawant  ,
You  need  to  let  the  fevibond  dry  for  1  day  before  using  it.  It  would  then  not  give  up  due  to  pressure.

The  common  araldite  we  use  comes  as  a  set  of  2  tubes  -  Resin  and  Hardner.  You  mix  them,  apply  and  let  it  set  over  night.  It  gets  pretty  tough  after  setting.

I  have  used  M-Seal  wet  set  successfully.  Instead  of  inserting  the  tube  directly  into  the  bottle,  insert  a  connector  and  connect  the  tube  from  outside  and  pack  it  with  M-Seal.  Next  day  you  can  use  the  bottle.  Also  i  found  drilling  the  bottle  is  more  convenient  and  seals  better  than  the  cap.
Cynachrolite  (  feviqwick)  and  fevibond  are  not  suitable  for   wet  surfaces.
