As  every  hobbiest  knows   once  you  start  you  tend  to  get  carried  away  with  it  and  loose  track  of  budget
well  I  am  no  exception  to  that  rule  lol.....
Anyways  I  would  really  appriciate  any  imput  as  this  is  the  stage  where  I  can  make  some  Modifications  if  required
I  have  made  a  small  digram  as  well  explaining  my  thought  process  of  the  filteration  process  in  the  sump

 the  dimestions  of  the  tank  are  L  X  B  X  H
96  inches  X  24  inches  X  30  inches  (  the  water  level  thou  is  gonna  be  24  inches  cause  of  the  overflow  holes  )

 the  dimentions  of  the  sump  are  L  X  B  X  H
50  inches  X  20  inches  X  16  inches  (  the  water  level  is  quite  variable  with  being  13  inches  in  the  protien  skimmer
section  and  bio  balls  to  9  inches  in  the  return  pump  section  )

As  for  the  things  in  my  tank

 In  the  Tank
 1.  2  X  Resun  wave  makers  (  three  different  volume  displacment  5000  l/h  to  15000  l/h  with  a  controler   which  i  need  to  figure  out  how  to  use  )
 2.  5  X  Wave  deflector  will  be  attached  to  the  return  from  the  sump.
 3.  4  X  wave  makers  that  i  intend  to  put  4more  wave  makers  the  normals  ones  use  them  with  2  x  Boyu  JX10  alternators  that  I  have  put  above  the  tank  )

I  am  gonna  add  some  live  sand  and  live  rocks  later  on  and  i  need  advise  regarding  that.  i  am  gonna  make  some  base  rock  strecture  from  the  method
I  found  on  youtube  on  how  to  creat  liverock  altho  it  wont  be  liverock  it  will  give  me  some  room  for  creative  space  to  make  some  ledges  and
bridges  for  my  Aquascaping,  using  the  ledges  and  platforms  to  support  the  live  rock  that  I  will  attain  laterand  definately  some  invert's.

 The  Lighting
 1.  2  X  10000  MH  150  watt.
 2.  1  X  15000  MH  150  watt.
 3.  2  X  8000   MH  70   watt.
 4.  2  X  LED  Blue   for  night  light.
 5.  2  x  LED  white  for  night  light.
 6   4  X  2feet  Black  light  tubes.
 7.  4  x  2feet  Actnic  Blue  tubes.
 8.  4  X  2feet  Fluorescent  tubes.

The  MH  will  be  on  Timers  I  do  not  intend  to  use  them  much  in  the  start  as  I  am  gonna  start  with  a  FOWLR  but  later  on  when  i  can  invest
in  a  chiller  and  some  other  things  like  a  calcium  reactor  and  stuff  then  I  intend  to  use  the  MH  lighting  for  like  8  to  10  hours  in  a  day
till  then  since  the  temperature  is  gonna  be  high  I  plan  to  use  the  tubes  and  LED  lights   to  control  the  temperature  and  stabalize  the
 System.

 In  the  Sump
 1.  1  x  Sera  Presison  600  S  Skimmer  With  pin  wheel.
 2.  DSB  6inches  crushed  coral  and  coral  sand  this  will  also  act  as  my  refugium.
 3.  12  X  Minifan  set.
 4.  Submersable  UV  20watt  Boyu  light.
 5.  Viaaqua  4900  Return  Pump.
 6.  Resun  UV06-  18  Watt  UV  sterilizer
 7.  50  Watt  CFL  lighting  for  the  Refugium.

This  is  my  plan  so  far  I  would  like  to  take  all  the  sugggestions  I  can  get.  All  my  equiptment  has  been  supplied  by  Nirav  from  delhi
and  he  has  been  a  big  help.  Thank  you  for  reading  so  far  and  all  comments  are  appriciated,  being  from  nagpur  their  are  not  many
people  who  can  guide  me  if  any,  your  suggestions  and  comments  will  realy  help  me  out  thanks  again.

 Thanks

I  am  uploading  some  pictures  of  the  tank      I  intend  to  spend  a  lot  of  time  to  start  my  tank  as  Patience  is  of  Vertu.
I  will  post  the  design  and  the  sump  function  design  soon.

That's  not  a  good  idea  at  all.  Can  you  explain  how  exactly  are  you  planning  to  do  that?  Will  you  add  live  sand  after  you  have  the  tank  up  and  running  with  live  stock?

The  substrate  for  a  DSB  needs  to  be  fine.  Even  at  6  inches  you  will  not  achieve  good  denitrification  with  coral  sand.  Go  for  Aragonite  or  something  similar.

I  am  gonna  test  the  system  cure  the  base  rock  that  i  am  making  then  add  salt  then  live  rock  rock  and  live  sand     and  a  few  week  after  that  if  the  water  condition  allow   then  start  adding  live  stock

As  for  the  black  light  the  milipora  and  acropora  look  totally  different  in  it  so  I  am  adding  it  now.
I  will  do  some  more  reading  on  the  DSB  and  thanks  for  the  advise.

Before  you  place  the  rocks,  cut  some  1  inch  pvc  to  about  1  inch  height  and  place  the  rocks  on  that.  This  way  you'll  have  good  flow  under  the  rocks  and  if  you  get  any  pistol  shrimp  or  borrowing  gobies  they'll  have  a  nice  place  to  hide.  Also  your  rocks  are  not  directly  placed  on  the  glass.

 Why  the  black  light?

 Hi  Vipul,

 Welcome  to  IAH  !

Good  Start  here  Smile,  black  lights  ?  why  are  you  adding  those  you  dont  need  those  in  this  killer  babby.

Also  a  small  correction  if  you  are  using  the  same  bulbs  that  i  sent  you  then  these  are  the  specs  of  the  bulb.

 1.  2  X  14000  MH  150  watt.
 2.  1  X  20000  MH  150  watt.
 3.  2  X  25000   MH  70   watt.  (  these  are  the  blue  ones  )

The  Night  light  picture,  are  these  only  the  LED's  bulbs,  wow  they  are  brighter  than  i  thought.  may  be  you  could  only  keep  the  white  LED's  on  and  see  how  it  looks  once  you  setup  the  tank.  May  be  you  will  not  need  4  of  them  or  may  be  one  blue  and  one  white.

Also  the  DSB  you  need  to  add  fine  sand  and  not  rubble.  else  the  layer  has  to  be  thicker  than  6",  wont  serve  the  purpose,  i  would  suggest  use  that  chamber  as  a  refugium  rather  than  DSB,  if  the  DSB  goes  wrong  you  have  a  nitrate  factory.  Refugium  have  less  chances  of  going  wrong  and  more  chances  of  using  macro  algae,  LR  rubble,  mangroves  which  will  effective  control  nitrates  better  in  the  long  run.

 @srinivas

I  am  sure  you  are  reading  this  post,  as  its  much  similar  to  your  dream  project  as  well,  vipul  is  the  same  person  from  nagpur  i  was  refering  to  you  earlier.  i  have  finally  managed  to  get  him  on  IAH.  :)

 Cheers
 Nirav  shah

If  i  do  that  wont  their  be  stress  on  the  glass  and  wont  the  rocks  be  unstable
 How  should  I  attach  them

By  the  way  Nirav  the  LED's  are  not  that  bright  my  camera  automaticly  adjusted  the  ISO  and  that  is  why  it  looks  so  bright
altho  my  MH  seem  to  be  giving  me  less  than  the  desired  result.

The  Black  light  are  for  Asthetic  apple  only.

Most  MH's  are  not  that  bright  as  compared  to  T5's..  But  the  penetration  power  is  much  more  in  MH..

USe  three  or  four  pieces  of  PVC  per  rock.

I  have  read  that  black  light  produce  UV,  so  I  would  suggest  you  to  remove  them.  Based  on  the  spectrum  NAsh  has  given  for  your  bulbs,  they  should  be  really  really  blue.
