The  100  odd  hours  spent  on  the  train  was  well  worth  it  (although  my  back  disagrees)!  Loved  the  venue,  loved  the  food,  loved  the  shirt.  Kudos  to  the  organisers.

Just  a  couple  of  suggestions  for  future  events.

 a)  Some  time  set  aside  for  catching  up  and  general  socialising.  Perhaps  the  evening  before  or  after  the  event.

 b)  Name  tags.  Takes  care  of  the  whole  intro  bit.

Looking  forward  to  the  next  one!

That  was  a  good  suggestion  Retro_gk.  Yes,  name  tags  is  a  thing  which  was  left  out.  In  future  will  be  taken  care  of.

Here  are  some  of  the  snaps  I  clicked

ADA  display  tank  from  another  angle

Shiva  sir  giving  tips  on  Discuss  breeding

Leo  giving  details  of  Australian  Rainbow  fishes.

 Finally  thats  me  with  Essabee.

Many  words  of  thanks  are  not  sufficient  for  this  man  who  took  the  pains  of  mining  tons  of  quality  Laterite  himself  and  bringing  it  all  to  Delhi  for  the  benefit  of  North  Indian  Hobbyists.
I  think  everyone  who  attended  Aquatika  got  his  share  of  Laterite.   Thumb Up

Leo  On  his  email  send  me  some  ANFGA  Links,  Please  see  below:-

I’ve  attached  some  useful  links  for  your  members.

 ANGFA  Forum:  http://forums.angfa.org.au/index.php

 ANGFA  Database:  http://db.angfa.org.au/

 ANGFA  QLD  Webpage:  http://www.angfaqld.org.au/

 ANGFA  National  Webpage:  http://www.angfa.org.au/

 Adrian  Tappin’s  Webpage:  http://members.optushome.com.au/chelmon/

 Adrian  Tappin’s  Rainbowfish  Book:

 ·              Screen  Version  (File  Size:  55  MB):

 http://www.mediafire.com/file/ehmtjmkdkww/Rainbowfishes.pdf

 ·              Print  Version  (File  Size:  170  MB):

 http://peter.unmack.net/tappin/Rainbowfishes.print.pdf

 Dave  Wilson’s  “Aquagreen”  homepage:
 http://aquagreen.com.au/

On  the  ANGFA  forum,  anyone  can  read  the  posts  but  only  financial  ANGFA  members  can  post  messages.

On  the  ANGFA  Database  everyone  can  use  it  but  only  ANGFA  members  can  access  the  high  definition  images  and  the  GPS  coordinates.

If  they  want  to  join  ANGFA  National  I  think  the  cost  is  AS$40  (approx  1600  Rs?)  and  for  that  they  receive  three  or  four  copies  of  Fishes  of  Sahul  per  year.

If  they  want  to  join  ANGFA  QLD  the  cost  is  AS$20  (approx  800  Rs?)  and  for  that  they  receive  12  copies  of  the  In-Stream  magazine  (edited  by  Adrian  Tappin)  per  year.

Joining  either  of  those  clubs  (I’m  a  member  of  both)  will  also  enable  them  to  post  messages  on  the  ANGFA  forum  and  access  the  high  definition  images  and  the  GPS  coordinates  on  the  ANGFA  Database.

ANGFA  National  can  accept  the  membership  fees  for  both,  and  has  credit  card  facilities.  Unfortunately  ANGFA  QLD  does  not  have  credit  card  facilities.

 Best  Regards
 Leo
