 Hi,

This  is  how  I  rescaped  my  old  tank(previously  -  Wilderness  Unexplored  )  sometime  back...

..before  it  was  again  pulled  down  in  a  couple  of  days  for  this  rescape....

 picture  from  day  one

Yes,  again  mound  type  scape  style  but  with  different  pieces  of  wood.

I  couldnt  remove  the  deep  rooted  crypts  at  the  back,  so  had  to  go  for  the  same  layout  style  again,  though  I  prefer  the  double  island  style  with  a  pathway  somewhere  in  the  middle.

Here  are  the  specifications  of  the  setup

 Tank  -  28"x16"x16"

 Volume  -  90-100l  approx

 Lights  -  100w(4  x  18wT8  +14wT5  +  14wCFL)  10-12  hrs  per  day

Substrate  -  Cocopeat+Humus+laterite  in  1:1:5  ratio,  all  topped  with  1-2cm  layer  coarse  sand

 CO2  -  Pressurized,  10-12  hours  a  day.

 Dosing  -  KNO3,  KH2PO4  for  macros,  CSM-B  for  micros.  I  dose  these  dry,  2-3  times  a  week.

Filtration  -  Home  made  canister  filter

 Plant  list

 Anubias  nana
 Crypt  parva
 Crypt  Wendtii
 Crypt  wendtii  tropica
 Blyxa  japonica
 Neele  leave  ferns
 Windelove  ferns
eleocharis  sp.(not  sure  whether  they  are  parvula  or  acicularis)
 Didiplis  diandra
 Pogostemon  helferi
 marsilea  hirsuta
 Christmas  moss

 Algae
 -  Cladophora  sp(looks  like  moss  ball,  got  it  intentionally),  some  brush  algae  and  GSA.  Anybody  want  some?  Chuckle

 Fish  List

24  White  cloud  minnows(planning  to  add  a  few  more)
 6  columbian  tetras
6  bumble  bee  gobies(planning  to  add  6  more)
 4  rasbora  espei
 2  bolivian  rams
 1  denisoni  barb
 1  CAE
 1  Garra  gotyla(I  guess)
Other  than  fishes  there  might  be  2  dozen  rainbow  shrimps,  one  lone  huge  ghost  shrimp  and  hundreds  of  trumpet  snails.

Will  keep  you  updated  as  it  progresses.

 Cheers!

 Hi  Hamza
It  is  beautiful  &  different  from  "wilderness  unexpored".  But  I  think  "wilderness  unexpored"  was  very  green.
I  suppose  this  too  will  be  as  green  as  "wilderness  unexpored".
 All  the  best   Thumb Up

 Regards,
 Nitin

 yO  man!!  Rock On

Your  fish  list  rocks  something  special  in  combo.
I  guess  you  should  move  out  some  windelove.

rest  is  uber-cool...waiting  for  time  Bow

@Salman...thanks  for  your  complement,  but  I  dare  say  that  with  some  very  fine  aquascapers  around,  have  to  go  a  long  way  for  being  that.

*Want  to  say  aomething  about  Salman...Hes  the  guy  who  first  inspired  me  and  convinced  me  to  get  a  pressurised  CO2  setup.  I  owe  you  for  that  1  hour  conversation  we  had  that  night,  without  that  I  think  I  couldnt  have  been  this  close.

@Nitin.  Anish,  Abhi  and  tintin...Thanks,  am  eagerly  waiting  to  see  it  explode  with  greenery.

@Sai...thanks  bro,  you've  got  a  keen  eye,  always  been  helpful  pointing  out  some  tricky  minor  details.  Will  thin  it  out  a  bit  and  maybe  change  its  direction  in  some  manner.

I  do  not  find  the  tank  fabulous.  It  is  a  normal  tank  according  to  me.
