Hi guys,
Finally I completed with my Dream (Mini fish room setup)
I am attaching photos of my set up step by step and some explanation.
First step was planning of rack to house four 36 x 15 x 18 (H) tanks (couldn't go for big tanks because of space as I have done this in my balcony)
After discussing most of the IAH members, came up with basic plan like this:
In diagram, You can see rack with all measurements and elecric arrangement for the same.
There are total 3 Points for each tank for light, filter and heater.
There is individual switch for each point and Timer for all lights which I purchased from Lohar Chawl with the help Fakhuruddin(He got shop there and he is very helpful) .
All electric points are connected to invertor except Heater.
After doing all electric arrangements set up was like this
My elecritian did the good job.
Here is the pic of rack when arrived
After looking at rack I realised that I missunderstood the rack maker and which resulted I got 1 Inch less in hight.
So next step was to look alternative for the tank cover as It was not possible to go for piano shed.
So I decided to go for LFS like setup. only difference was In my setup all four sides of the rack I wanted to cover to avoid fish jumping out from the fish tank.
So I planned to do with plywood.
After carpenter completed his job My rack looked like this:
Now next was to look substitute for Styrofoam as I wanted to reduce the hight of tank.
While surfing our IAH site came across with these posts by Nawed
If you've ever been to kurla fish market then quite close to it is a rubber/foam sheet wholesale market (the kinda stuff they use to make chappals and floaters) i bought 5 sheets and use them as a base for my aquairums... tough+durable+CHEAP!
Thakkar Bapa Colony Rd, patelwadi.kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
It's barely a km or so from the Kurla Fish market, and it runs parallel to the eastern express highway.
The entire road is a big wholesale market for rubber products, just ask anyone and they will guide you to shops selling these sheets.
I decided to go for it, I know it didn't affect much but every inch counts you know.
After going above mentioned address, personally looking at the sheets and also after taking opinion from KURLA LFS guys, I decided to go for 10 MM thick sheet.
Here are the pics of sheets:
Closer look for thickness:
And after that got Power Filter, Heater, Air Pump and Corner Sponge filter from Kurla Wholesale Market for each tank.
After completing all set up, now it looks like this, will post pic of each tank after I get desired FH for my tank.
Here I am posting some links for the topis for your reference which I have posted to get help from IAH members to get my dream complete.
Thank you very much to all of those who replied and helped me with their posts.

Neat work & good to see all stuff being picked from local sources.
Fakhruddin is best person to contact for lighting requirement, not to mention Kurla is Mumbai's Kolathur.
