Can  any  IAH  member  from  Kolkata  (or  elsewhere)  tell  me  where  I  can  buy  Nessler's  Reagent  ?  Tried  a  couple  chemical  stores  but  no  luck...
Lost  a  LOT  of  fishes  in  the  past  8-10  days  and  now  thinking  about  getting  test  kits.  However,  budget  is  immensely  limited  and  any  money  I  can  save  will  be  great.
Speaking  of  test  kits,  do  many  hobbyists  actually  use  them  in  India  ?  They  are  so  damned  expensive  !!!

P.S.  Before  anybody  asks  I  did  cycle  my  tank  (50  Gallon)  for  the  first  2  months  with  a  few  Zebra  Danios.  I've  one  Internal  Power  Filter  (with  sponge  media)  and  one  Top  Filter  (with  ceramic  rings).  The  fishes  I  lost  so  far  are  17  Neon  Tetra,  5  Harlequin  Rasbora,  6  Rummy  Nose  Tetra  &  2  Cherry  Barb.

I  have  not  used  these  charts  in  a  long  time  now.
Any  colour  change  to  yellow  indicates  ammonia  in  the  water  and  requires  large  water  changes.
Even  if  you  don't  have  ammonia  you  might  have  nitrites,  large  water  changes  along  with  salt  will  help  you  in  solving  the  problem.
