Hi guys,
my second post here.
Dont know if its possible, but a mobile application to read all the contents of this forum would be awesome.
I travel a lot and my Phone (android) has a data connection.
Even though I can read stuff here, an app makes things easier.
Food for thought.

Go to internet explorer and type Indian aquarium hobbyists. And save it in bookmark.
Try that. |

Tapatalk doesn't work with IAH unlike some other forums.
So we can settle to IAH desktop version for our phone browser. |

Currently lots of sites on Aquarium hobby are integrated with this software.
TapaTalk can be integrated on IAH, free as well by installing a plugin by the Forum owners.
However the Application clients, users need to pay to get the client software installed on their devices for access.

Other option is for Members here to Donate.
Lets say there are 100 members, each can donate Rs 5 and we should be App Enabled.
Pricing for Tapatalk for Multi Phone support is $800 and $3500
Looks achievable to me. Maybe we can start with the Free version and see how it works.

Thats a logiccal workaround Yogesh, but the fonts on any mobile browser make it hard to read. Lots of zoom in zoom out required.
Maybe there is a free app builder out there somewhere. Open Source rules.  |

Hmmm, this looks like an interesting endeavor. I am not an expert but I can certainly try making an android app for IAH. It will atleast give me something to do in the lazy afternoons.
But please, people do not expect much, I am just a novice  |

Some pc/mobile forum like frendz4m.com have whole Thread(Topic) download in Text format script.
This function is good for read any saved text (whole topic) in mobile phone. |

Oops .. then we need to wait for IAH to be upgraded ..
I have one suggestion for reading purpose only not for replying the threads.
You can use the RSS link to read the posts for which you can configure google reader and install its app on Android phones and similarly some RSS based application must be available on iPhone.
I use the RSS feed mechanism to simultaneously browse multiple forums and with google as client I can search across multiple fourms at the same time. |
