Hi Friends,
This is my first post in the DIY Section.
This is a very low cost PVC lighting for 2 feet tanks.
The same method can be used for tanks of any length.
Expecting your comments and ideas for enhancements.
Items needed.
PVC Pipe - 4" diameter
Silver Paper
Light, Holder, Ballast and Clamp.
Screws, Nuts and Bolts
Fevicol
Haxo Blade
Black Enamel Paint 100ml and Brush
The images below will explain you how to make it..
The sides are kept open for air circulation.
Please leave your comments.
Regards
Sujo |

Hi Sujo
Very Innovative!!! Like the ease of the whole construction just one suggestion try and put the nut and bolt system on top the other way will make the look better. |

Nice simple DIY technically correct rustproof and top of that without loosing aesthetic value.
Small suggestion you can fix small PVC strip fixed inline with nut bolt to keep them together |

@Pavan @hnabhi @arjundogra
Thanks for your comments.. :)
@Harshal
Thanks.
That bolt is to hold the light holder and clamp.
I cannot keep those bolts upside down because it will be in contact with holder and the light.
But I can reduce the length of those bolts so that they will not appear much.
@Shelly
Thanks.
The main PVC and PVC stand are not glued together.
So it will allow free movement.
The angle of the light can be changed if needed.
But there are 2 screws in the main PVC (Red color in the below image).
These screws will avoid the chance of the main PVC moving left and right.
@Rajdeep_Banik
Thanks.
I am keen on plants..
The setup shown is only 3 days old.
As the PVCs are not glued, they can be moved like this and change the angle of lighting...
