Yes, if want to do that.. or else you can connect them separately to two air stones..
but using air stones is not a good idea, most of the co2 will just reach the surface and escape..
Do you have any power filter in the tank ..?

Nidhi, Please suggest me... I have EHEIM Filter and now i have placed the airstone closer to the outlet flow of the pipe.
Also, I have one more doubt... Last week I have removed two PLL lights from my Hood as suggested by Sandeep.
Yesterday, I saw one wire just lying behind the tank, I tried to take out, but I got shocked and i dropped the wire into the tank , I switched off the power and i took back the wire and cello taped it. and i noticed all fishes are still alive.
Is the fishes are resist with small voltage of power. ?

There are two things you can do to be productive with your yeast co2..
This is what I do using a canister filter, I simply insert the co2 tube into the mouth (strainer) of the inlet of the canister filter in the tank, what happens is the bubbles are sucked in to the filter and are very well dissolved before coming out of the canister filter back in to the tank..
The second method is not so good but its better than what you are doing if its a internal filter, if you have a vent in the filter for sucking air then you can insert the co2 tube into this vent and your co2 will be blasted all over the tank, hence the bubbles will take more time to reach the surface, during which it will dissolve as much as possible..
better if you can insert the co2 tube inside the filter where the the sponge is, the bubbles are sucked into the powerhead where the impeller will break the bubbles in to micro bubbles which will result in better dissolving of co2..
