It has been a month after setting up my tank and i found some little worm like creatures while i was vacuuming the substrate, i was really frustrated by seeing them(There were many of them). But once everything gets settled they were not visible.
It seems like they are always in my substrate. Please help guys is it some kind of parasite ? If so how can i remove them.
Lightly planted without CO2 (14 gallon tank)
With inbuilt filter and light.
10 Cichlid fry
I believe the tank is cycled as there were no causalities till now. Please i need your help guys.

i guess you are talking about flat worms.... if its them, just add some food at the corner of a tank and let it be there for a while..... once you see them on the food, syphon them using air tube...... they just look ugly but they are not bad for the tank.....
