 age  4  months  approx.  Red  dragon  HM.  Will  be  rocking  in  two  monthif  you  keep  changing  the  water  from  the  bottom.  What  are  you  feeding  him?

 thanks  for  your  replies  deepak  and  ramdos.   Very Happy   so  he  is  red  dragon  half  moon.  Is  he  imported  one?  Having  him  past  one  month  only.  Smile   feeding  OPTIMUM  betta  pellets.  Its  a  thailand  product  it  seems.this  is  what  available  in  my  place  for  betta  pellets.

 Nope  ..  not  imported  but  good  quality.
 
 Ramdas..  He  is  a  HM  for  sure.  probaly  a  rose  tail.  Give  him  two  months.   Smile

 It  is  a  HM  red  dragon(rose  tail  mostly  )  .  Nice  one  :)

 I  thought  you  were  studying   Chuckle  
 any  way  When  the  fins  of  the  betta  has  excess  of  branching  and  overlapping  especially  of  the  caudal  fins  
 it  gives  the  fins  the  look  of  a  Rose  petals  thats  why  it  is  called  rosetail

 @rajkumar  :  Try  Betta  Pro  diet  2  from  Gene  Eleven/aquatic  remedies  ..  gives  me  good  results  cheap  and  best  if  you  want  to  stay  away  from  hikari  betta  biogold..

 @deepakda::  Iridescent  layer  is  present  in  most  bettas,  and  is  not  termed  as  dragon..  hence  this  is  not  a  dragon  in  my  opinion..  Also,  it  might  be  a  HM  but  the  color  is  more  of  a  extended  red  in  my  opinion,  cant  say  it  is  a  rosetail  from  this  pic..
 correct  me  if  i  am  wrong..
