How  to  culture  Micro  worms  from  scratch-

 1.  Take  a  plastic  container  with  lid

 2.  take  a  hand  full-  fist  full  of  coco  peat,  wash  it  thoroughly  with  hot  water  to  clean  all  pesticides  from  it,  Rinse  all  the  water

 3.  spread  it  equaly  in  the  plastic  container

 4.  Take  3  table  spoons  of  quaker  oats  and  1  teaspoon  of  yeast

 5.  Mix  quaker  oats  with  yeast  in  a  small  plastic  container  with  water  and  pour  it  over  the  coco  peat.

 6.  take  a  very  small  potato,  cut  it  into  half  and  make  a  finger  size  1"   hole  in  the  center.

 7.  Put  the  potato  on  the  coco  peat,  cut  side  down.

 8.  cover  the  container  and  after  10  days  open  the  container

 9.  It  will  smell  like  poo,  spray  some  water  ....  you  will  see  shimmering  activity  in  the  coco  peat.

 10.  take  another  plastic  container  with  lid

 11.  wet  a  slice  of  bread  with  water.

 12.  Put  the  bread  in  the  container,  and  put  3  teaspoons  of  quaker  oats  and  1  tea  spoon  of  yeast  on  the  wet  bread

 13.  Take  a  dropper  and  siphon  the  shimmering  coco  peat  and  spray  it  on  the  bread.

 14.  Make  tiny  holes  for  air  on  the  lid  of  container  and  cover  the  container,   let  it  stay  in  light  for  10  days.

 15.  Open  the  container  and  spray  some  water  on  the  dry  dough,  you  will  see  little  shimmering

That's  Micro  worm  culture  Cheering  in  20  day  Clapping

Store  the  whole  container  in  dark  cool  place,  yes  you  can  feed  them  to  neon  tetras  also

you  have  to  renew  the  culture  every  fortnight  and  throw  away  the  old  culture  as  soon  as  the  new  one  is  properly  established.

The  above  method  worked  for  me,  but  it  took  lots  of  efforts  Very Happy
