 Hello
My  flowerhorn  female  is  more  than  4  years  old  and  I'm  not  aware  of  its  life.
But  since  last  couple  of  days,  it  is  not  moving.  It  does  not  eat  at  all  and  just  stands  in  one  corner  of  the  aquarium.  This  is  happening  since  last  20-25  days.
Initially,  I  thought  it  would  be  normal  that  it  does  not  eat.  But  as  the  no  of  days  increased,  and  I  am  seeing  that  its  movement  has  slowed  down,  am  worried.
Not  sure  that  is  the  problem.
It  has  become  white  in  color.  There  is  some  whitish  layer  coating  on  the  eyes.
 Here  are  some  snapshots.
Would  request  some  senior  members  to  please  help  me  to  save  my  fish

And,  one  more  thing  -  since  last  2  days,  in  the  evenings,  it  is  lying  down  sideways  (in  sleeping  posture)  -  which  is  really  worrying  me
 Awaiting  quick  response  please
 Warm  Regards...Rajesh  Bhapkar

 Hi  Rajesh,

Your  flowerhorn  is  suffering  from  Hexemita  disease.
Please  treat  with  Metrogyl400(used  for  deworming).  You  can  buy  this  in  local  pharmacy.
I  dont  know  your  tank  size  .Assume  1  tablet  for  each  day  followed  by  50%  water  change  the  next  day,
continue  this  for  5  days  .don't  feed  first  3  days. From  4th  day  try  give  1  or  2  pellets  .it  should  eat.
I  tried  this  for  my  FH  and  it  worked  very  well.
For  furthur  details  please  go  through  this  link  http://www.flowerhorncraze.com/topic/54757-hexamita-treatment/
