I saw these at Aqurama 2007 and wondered why these were not culled. It seemed like the fish was suffering. It could not swim properly and most of the time was lying at the bottom.
The pics are not too clear, but I've got them on video and it was a sorry sight.

Cant hold the load of 2 head, thats why he is always lying on the tank, poor arowana.

Maybe the weight of the two heads (even in water) is too much for the fish. Maybe the the two heads are both trying to control the single tail.
One of the heads appears to have a malformed gill cover.
Anyway, it should have been culled.
