 Nimish...
Basically,  from  what  I  have  seen.  Start  with  fast  moving  and  easy  to  breed  fishes  like  Guppies,  mollies,  platys  and  swordtails.  you  can  also  go  for  Gold  fishes,  koi  carps.  but  these  need  bigger  tanks  and  breed  process  is  different  from  live  bearers.  For  next  level  cichlids  will  be  good  for  your  business.  Parrots,  Oscar,  Angles,  Pseudotropheus  Demasoni,  Metriaclima  lombardoi,  Labidochromis  caeruleus  are  some  of  the  more  fast  moving  chiclids.  Their  breeding  behavior  is  a  bit  different  from  golds.
You  actually  you  must  visit  your  local  aquarium  stores  and  take  survey  as  to  which  fishes  are  in  demand,  so  that  you  research  on  their  needs  and  breeding  procedure.

Why  not  grow  prawns  and  tie  up  with  local  restaurants?  Just  a  thought.

 Cheers,

Then  best  thing  to  do  would  be  to  breed  small  cichlids.  They're  pretty  hardy.  You  can  try  with  Convicts,  Firemouths  etc.  Also  you  can  run  a  culture  along  with  that  of  platies  and  mollies  as  suggested  by  Nidhi  sir.

 Cheers,

 Karthik

 Just  a  Layman  question
What  is  the  difference  between  Culture  and  Regular  breeding?
Or  is  it  one  and  the  same.

I  visited  a  LFS  today  near  Andheri,  which  had  some  very  healthy  and  beautiful  fish,  but  upon  entering  his  crowded  shop,  I  realized  that  only  about  10%  people  there,  were  actually  buying  fish,  most  were  there  for  the  bloodworm  and  black  worm  culture  that  he  had  running.  The  LFS  guy  was  almost  exhausted  standing  in  between  the  crowd  while  packing  and   selling  the  worms.

My  point  is,  serving  worms,  or  brewing  your  own  fish  food,  might  be  more  sustainable  and  profitable  in  the  long  run,  as  compared  to  selling  fish.
