I  added  about  12  neon  tetras  to  a  tank  with  about  15  guppies  and  endlers.  half  the  neon  tetras  are  dead  or  missing  after  barely  a  week.  Is  this  due  to  the  endlers  and  guppies?

I  also  have  RCS  in  the  tank.

RCS  are  very  good  scavengers,  so  if  a  tetra  dies,  they  can  eat  it  up  over  night  and  you  wont  find  a  clue  next  morning.  The  tetras  probably  died  due  to  adverse  water  conditions.

The  endlers  and  guppies  will  spend  time  chasing  each  other  and  your  tetras  will  be  left  alone.
Most  probably  the  tetras  succumbed  to  some  sort  of  water  quality  issue  or  infection.

I  have  endlers  that  chase  after  my  guppies.  I  have  zebra  danios  which  the  endlers  leave  alone.

Your  dead  tetras  were  probably  devoured  by  the  RCS.

What  are  your  water  parameters?  Filter?  Cycling?  Heater?  Quarantine  for  new  fish?

Looks  like  it  was  a  temperature  issue..  I  used  a  second  thermometer  and  found  the  temp  around  23  C..  seems  the  fish  are  fine  now  that  i  maintain  around  27.

No  they  don't.  I  have  them  in  my  small  25L  open  tank.
Actually  I  have  those  species  exactly  with  some  ghost  shrimps.  So  I  can  vouch  for  their  innocence.
All  neons  we  receive  are  too  weak  and  I  also  had  a  lot  of  deaths,  so  water  is  to  blame  for.
