 Hi  Arun
first  pack  the  plants  in  newspaper.  then  dip  it  in  the  tank  water  and  drain  all  the  water  to  the  last  drop.  Then  pack  it  in  clear  plastic  bag.  If  needed  add  one  more  bag.  Put  it  in  a  gud  quality  envelope
I  do  send  plants  by  dtdc  on  regular  basis.  Write  on  the  packet  live  plants.  N  some  soft  spoken  words  to  convince  them  that  the  water  is  not  there.  But  the  plants  are  packed  in  moist  paper.
 Thanks
 Nilesh

@nilya123  I  have  followed  the  same  for  packing  this  time  i  packed  it  like  a  gift  parcel  and  mentioned  it  as  gift  item.  previously  i  tried  convincing  them  with  plants  but  doesn't  help   and  i  think  by  no  means  they  would  have  been  convinced.  now  the  parcel  is  send  and  the  person  has  received  it  in  Bangalore  Smile.  thanks  guys  for  the  help  highly  appreciate  it.
