Nice  Anand,  the  Orange  fishes  slightly  look  out  of  place  in  your  otherwise  natural  settings.  Rest  all  perfect  in  my  humble  opinion.

I  would  suggest  increasing  the  plant  density.  Add  a  few  more  stem  plants.  Rotala  indica  and  rotala  rotundifolia  are  quite  easy  to  grow  and  will  add  more  texture  due  to  finer  leaves.  Also  in  the  future  when  planting  dont  add  plant  each  stem  individually  and  with  so  much  spacing.  make  bunches  of  3  stems  each  and  push  them  together  into  the  substrate  and  keep  around  1-2  inches  of  space  between  bunches

Yes  its  hard  to  replant  in  a  tank  with  soil  in  the  substrate.  That  appears  to  be  GSA  -  green  spot  algae.  Its  most  likely  due  to  imbalance  of  nutrients  and  it  looks  like  your  lighting  might  be  on  the  higher  side  without  any  carbon  supplementation,  more  organics  due  to  natural  substrate  and  low  plant  density.

What  lighting  are  you  using  ?

Stop  the  large  gap  in  lighting  time  that  you  have.  No  more  than  an  hours  break  in  time.  Its  a  wrong  practice  that  many  misinformed  people  follow.  Plants  take  time  to  ramp  up  after  being  in  the  dark,  with  such  a  large  gap  you  are  not  giving  them  optimum  conditions

Start  adding  Carbon  either  via  pressurised  CO2  or  Flourish  Excel/Glut

Add  clean  up  crew  -  Nerite  snails,  RCS  or  amanos

You  can  start  light  dosing  of  EI,  You  can  start  with  1/3rd  the  recommended  dosage  for  your  tank  and  take  it  from  there.

 thanks  mortis

 i  am  using  a  10w  LED  tube.
where  to  buy  glut?  do  i  need  to  buy  from  chemist  ?

i  have  a  couple  of  apple  snail  in  tank.  as  i  have  tiger  barb  i  think  shrimps  wont  survive.

Your  lighting  is  not  too  high  its  fine.  I  guess  mainly  due  to  excess  organics  and  not  enough  plant  mass.  So  for  now  regular  small  water  changes  will  help.  You  can  supplement  with  small  amounts  of  EI  ferts  so  that  balanced  nutrients  are  available  to  the  plants.

Glut  you  will  need  to  get  from  a  chemical  market  if  you  have  one  in  your  area.  Dont  buy  the  concentrated  glut  as  you  need  proper  equipment  to  handle  it  safely.  Instead  search  surgical  supply  places  for  Cidex.  Its  a  prediluted  form  and  you  just  need  to  add  40%  more  plain  water  to  it  to  bring  it  to  the  required  concentration  after  which  you  can  dose  it  in  the  same  amount  as  given  for  Flourish  Excel

Apple  snails  can  eat  plants  so  get  rid  of  them.  Add  nerite  snails  and  a  few  ottocinclus  fish.  Shrimp,  you  can  add  RCS  once  the  plants  grow  in  and  give  them  some  cover
