I have 22 gallon aquarium. In my tank two angel fishes are constantly fighting. Black striped angel is constantly nipping fins of white striped angel. White angel is now most of the time hiding behind the plants or filter. If white angel comes out then Black angel start hitting it. I have seen lip-locking only once, but most of the time black one is attacking white angel from side or behind. I do not know whether my Angel-fish is male or female.
My tank size is 22 gallons. I have two angels, one pair of platy, and one pair of sword tail. Only one guppy and one balloon molly. I have one sponge filter and another internal power aquarium filter. I use these filters alternatively. I feed fishes once during morning time.
If you see the picture, the upper fins of white angel is damaged. I need some help on how to reduce black angel aggression.

Hey, in my experience keeping less than 5 Angels always brings about aggression amongst them. But you cannot add more Angels to your tank since you lack the space. The best way to reduce aggression is by providing good hiding places. You are growing plants right? Why not add a few Valisneria into your setup, it'll provide much needed respite to the victim Angel. Also, observe the fish which gets bullied. Do you see some signs of sickness? Often weak fishes are prone to get bullied and fishes get weak most commonly due to some disease which can quickly spread to other individuals too.
